Answering a call:
Microsoft Teams offers the ability to make and receive calls directly through the application or using the physical Teams phone (Polycomm CCX400).
procedure:
Calls from a call queue will ring you in the same way as a call to your individual Teams number. Depending on your configuration, you will hear a ring tone and see a pop-up notification for the incoming call:
Making calls using Teams Calling:

Making Calls within the Teams Application

Select the Calls icon on the left-hand navigation bar. Use the dial pad to make a call.

For internal calls, you can type a name or use the CCBC extension.

For external calls, enter the entire number

Do not type 9 for dialing external call
Making Calls using the physical Teams Phone
There are three ways to make calls using the physical phone.
- Pick up Phone
- dial internal extension or external number
- Click on Calls Button
- dial internal extension or external number
- Click on the speaker button
- dial internal extension or external number
