Requesting a Phone

Overview

CCBC assigns different levels of Microsoft 365 licenses to employees based on whether they are full-time or part-time. Employees are also given the option to request a:

  • Handset

  • Phone number (for part-time/full-time)

  • Shared phone line setup

Audience

Full-Time Faculty and Staff Part-time Staff depending on job duties

Process

Follow the instructions below to request for the following items:

Handset:

  •  Submit a telephone support ticket

Phone Number / Dial Pad:

  • To request a dial pad, you will need to provide a phone number. Requesting a phone number and dial pad are both done by submitting a telephone support ticket with your supervisor approval.

Shared Phone Line :

  • Make a telephone support ticket with a supervisor
