How to sign in

Overview

When signing into a CCBC system, you will be asked for your username and password, and will also be asked to complete the multi-factor authentication (MFA) verification for additional security. You can pick from any of the verification methods that you have previously configured. Once you have entered your username and password and completed the MFA verification, you will be logged into the CCBC system you are accessing. For help setting up your MFA verification options for the first time, see the Related Articles on this page.

Procedure

  1. Go to the CCBC homepage, and select myCCBC in the upper right-hand corner.

  2. The information you setup for your recovery methods will be used for multi-factor authentication when signing into the portal for most CCBC applications. This means that after you have typed your username and password into the sign in screen and select Sign in, you will be prompted to choose a second method for verification.

  3. When prompted for the additional security verification, you will have a choice to use one of the options that you have setup. Select one of the security verification options.

  4. For the security questions verification, you will be asked two of your five security questions one after the other. Enter both of the correct answers to proceed.

  5. For the text message or email verification, a verification code will be sent to you. After selecting that verification option, you will be prompted to choose either the email or the phone number you have on file. A message will then be sent to that option. You will then be prompted to enter the verification code that was sent to either your phone or alternative email. Enter the verification code and select Submit.

  6. Once you have successfully completed one of the verification methods, you will be logged into the application.
