Overview
When signing into a CCBC system, you will be asked for your username and password, and will also be asked to complete the multi-factor authentication (MFA) verification for additional security. You can pick from any of the verification methods that you have previously configured. Once you have entered your username and password and completed the MFA verification, you will be logged into the CCBC system you are accessing. Procedure
- Go to the CCBC homepage, and select myCCBC in the upper right-hand corner.
- When prompted for the additional security verification, use a verification option that has been setup.
- For the security questions verification, you will be asked two of your five security questions one after the other. Enter both of the correct answers to proceed.
- For the text message or email verification, a verification code will be sent to you. You will then be prompted to enter the verification code that was sent to either your phone or alternative email. Enter the verification code and select Submit.
- Once you have successfully completed one of the verification methods, you will be logged into the application.
