Introduction
Faculty, Staff, and Students who require help setting up their accounts or resolving a login problem affecting their accounts can request support through the ITS Help Desk.

Faculty, Staff, and Students. If you are not affiliated with CCBC but require access to our systems, you may request a sponsored guest account. Guests needing access to resources can find more information: Service Guest Access.
Procedure
Many login issues can be resolved through the CCBC Account Recovery tool. Please click the link and follow the steps to retrieve your account information and see if this fixes your account login issue.
If you are unable to resolve your issue through the CCBC Password Recovery tool, please select Request Service and complete the form.

Requirements
An agent will request four pieces of information from you, and CCBC must have that information on file to identify and retrieve your information. If a password reset is required by ITS Help Desk, you may be (verbally) asked for some of the following information:
- CCBC ID Number
- Date of Birth
- Home Email address (you must have provided CCBC with this information previously)
- Last four numbers of your SSN
