Log History

  1. The Logs page displays actions completed in Account Assist during the previous 15 days. It shows who performed the action, the affected account—including the username and CCBC ID—and the date and time of the action.
    1. Select a column header to sort the results. The Action column will show what action was taken.  Some possible actions include:
      1. Password Reset
      2. Enable Account Old Account Status: 514 New Account Status: 512 (this identifies that the user’s account was disabled at the time of the password reset)
    2. The log also indicates whether an error occurred. This information can help identify system issues that require further investigation.
    3. Use the search field to filter the list by a specific term.

Token History

  1. The Tokens page displays tokens sent through Account Recovery and Account Assist, including the delivery method, verification status, sender, and date and time. Like the Logs page, the results can be sorted by selecting a column header and filtered by using the search field.  Below is a list of the columns and what type of information you will be able to see:
    1. Token: a partial view of the token that was sent to the user
    2. System: Identifies where the token was generated. Account Recovery indicates that the user generated the token through the self-service Account Recovery application. Account Assist indicates that a technician generated the token.
    3. User: The CCBC username associated with the token.
    4. Method Sent: this will be text, email, or override.
    5. Destination: the phone number or email address where the token was sent
    6. Created By: The username of the person who generated the token. For Account Recovery, this is typically the user. For Account Assist, this is the technician.
    7. Created Date/Time: the date and time the token was sent
    8. Expired: a Y means the token is expired and a N means the token is not expired yet
    9. Validated: A Y means the token was successfully validated. An N means the token was not validated.
    10. Validated by: The username of the person who validated the token. This may be the user in Account Recovery or the technician in Account Assist. The field is blank when the token was not validated.
    11. Validated date/time: the date and time that the token was validated
