Process
The drop down menus below show the access rules for different statuses
Alumni / Graduates
SAG (Graduate)
- Are eligible to keep access to myCCBC, SIMON, CCBC email, and on-campus computer login.
- If they can’t sign in, use the sign-in workflow below.
SAA (Alumni)
- Ongoing alumni access to services (ex: alumni email) depends on dues/fees being current.
- Dues/fees status does not prevent Help Desk from assisting with sign-in when the goal is registration, transcripts, or similar account access needs.
- If they can’t sign in, use the sign-in workflow below.
Retired employees (Emeriti)
ERT (Retired staff) / FRT (Retired faculty)
Keep access to:
- SIMON
- O365 email
- SharePoint
- On-campus computer login
Ends at retirement unless approved:
Former students (did not graduate)
SA1 (registered last term) / SA2 (registered within last 365 days)
- Access may be inactive. If they can’t sign in, use the sign-in workflow below.
SA3 (no registration in 5+ years)
- No access to systems.
- For transcripts/registration, start with Account Recovery (SHWA). If still blocked, follow the Help Desk steps in the sign-in workflow below.
OneCard / Printing
- OneCard becomes inactive at SA1.
If OneCard is inactive, do not promise printing access
Former employees (not retired)
ENF / ENP / ENS / TER (staff/faculty)
- No access. Services end at separation.
TER code meaning
- Student TER = Trespass order
- Staff/Faculty TER = Terminated (no access)
