Request Administrative Access to Computer

Overview

CCBC user accounts do not have administrative access to CCBC computers.  If administrative access is needed, the ITS Help Desk will provide an administrative password for a limited time.  Most common scenarios are software installations and upgrades.

Select the Request Service button to complete the form.

Include the CCBC # of the computer where administrative rights are needed.
