Logging into your Teams Phone

Overview

CCBC’s new telephone system is aligned with Microsoft Teams.  Users are provided the option for a physical phone device that allows them to sign into Teams to make and receive calls.  Users are also able to make calls directly from the Teams application on their computer or through the Teams app on a smart phone.  This article provides faculty and staff information on how to log into the physical phones to make and receive calls.

Procedure

Logging into Your Phone
 
1. On your phone, select the Refresh Code button.

2. Open a web browser on your PC and navigate to https://microsoft.com/devicelogin.  Enter the code displayed on your device.
3. Login with your CCBC credentials.  You will a screen that says "Are you trying to sign into the Microsoft Authentication Broker".  Select Continue.  Wait to close the browser until instructed.

4. After you successfully login for the first time, you will be presented with several screen messages welcoming you to Microsoft Teams.  Select Next on each of these until you are on the Home Screen.  Once you see your information on the screen, you are all set!
