Connecting to WIFI (Windows 10)

Overview

Please follow the instructions below to access the appropriate WIFI network. If you have any trouble, please take a screenshot of the error and contact the CCBC Help Desk at: 443-840-4357 or helpdesk@ccbcmd.edu.

Procedure

1. Close all open apps on your computer. Click on the "WiFi" icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your Taskbar.  
    
2. Make sure that Wi-Fi is turned on. Select the appropriate wireless network name from the list of available networks.
   • Students should select: CCBC-STUDENTS
   • Faculty/staff should select: CCBC-EMPLOYEES  
      
3. Click "Connect". If you would like this device to automatically connect to this network in the future, make sure "Connect Automatically" is checked.  
    
4. Enter your CCBC username and password. Make sure "Use my Windows user account" is not checked. Select "OK".  
    
5. Done! You should now be connected.
