Connecting to WIFI (iOS)

Overview

Please follow the instructions below to access the appropriate WIFI network. If you have any trouble, please take a screenshot of the error and contact the CCBC Help Desk at: 443-840-4357 or helpdesk@ccbcmd.edu.

Procedure

1. Close all open apps on your device.
    
2. Select the Settings app and then select Wi-Fi.
    
3. Make sure that Wi-Fi is turned on. Under CHOOSE A NETWORK... select the appropriate wireless network name from the list of available networks.
   • Students should select CCBC-STUDENTS
   • Faculty/Staff should select CCBC-EMPLOYEES  
      
4. Enter your CCBC username and password, then select Join.
    
5. Select Trust to join the network.  
    
6. Done! Now you should be connected to the CCBC wireless network. A blue check-mark next to the name of the wireless network indicates that you are now connected.
