Overview
Please follow the instructions below to access the appropriate WIFI network. If you have any trouble, please take a screenshot of the error and complete the Wireless Support Request form located under Services - Network & Wireless - Wireless Support or using the following link: Service - Wireless Support
If you are still having trouble connecting to WiFi after attempting these steps, then you will need to connect to CCBC Wifi using the CCBC-Guest option.

Procedure
- Close all open apps on your device.
- Select the Wi-Fi icon () or the Wi-Fi networks available notification on your device.
- Select the appropriate wireless network name from the list of available networks.
- Students should select CCBC-STUDENTS.
- Faculty/staff should select CCBC-EMPLOYEES.
- Configure the following settings:
- If you have a Security option, choose WPA/WPA2/WPA3-Enterprise
- Under EAP method, make sure PEAP is selected.
- Under CA Certificate, choose Unspecified. It can also be None or No Certificate. If those don't work, then try Don't Validate or Use System Certificates is selected.
- If you have Online Certificate Status, select Do not validate.
- Under Phase 2 authentication, make sure MSCHAPV2 is selected.
- If the device asks for a domain name, use ccbcmd.edu
- Enter your CCBC credentials:
- In the Identity field, enter your CCBC username (you may need to include @email.ccbcmd.edu or @ccbcmd.edu - depending on the version of Android being used).
- Leave the Anonymous Identity field Blank.
- In the Password field, enter your CCBC password.
- Done! Now you should be connected to the CCBC wireless network.
