Overview
When a username format is changed, an email notification is sent to various groups to complete additional steps. Two of these steps involve manually updating the username within InfoSec (the Cybersecurity Training tool) and within the Users section of TeamDynamix Administration. Note: Both systems require an administrator to update this information.

Procedure
When a username format is changed, an email notification is sent with details of the previous username and the new username format. This information is needed to find and update the account information with InfoSec and TeamDynamix.

After receiving the email, an administrator will need to go into InfoSec and TeamDynamix to change the authentication email address.
InfoSec Changes
- Access InfoSec by going to https://securityiq.infosecinstitute.com/users/login. After logging in, select the Learners option in the top navigation and then select Learner List.

- Enter the ORIGINAL username into the search box to search for the user. If the user exists in the tool, there may be multiple entries (an @email.ccbcmd.edu and @ccbcmd.edu). Select the first name in the list to determine if the user has started any training with that account. Select the three dots (…) and then choose Learner Profile to see what actions have been taken with the user. If the user has multiple accounts, and the @email.ccbcmd.edu account only shows that they have been added to the group and campaign, then you can delete that account by choosing Delete Learner.

- To edit the other account (and if their new account has not been added into the system already), select Edit Learner. You will change the username where the email is listed to the new username format. Select the Save button to save the change.

- After making the change, you may need to re-sync the cybersecurity training campaign. Select the AwareEd link in the top navigation and then select AwareEd Campaigns.

- Look for the current year General Cybersecurity Training and then select the ellipses (…) on the far left side. Select the Sync Enrollment option.

- You will be prompted to confirm that you want to enroll any learners that are in groups that belong to the campaign that not already enrolled. Select Yes.

TeamDynamix Changes
- To change the Authentication Username in TeamDynamix, login to TeamDynamix TDAmin using the following link: https://ccbcmd.teamdynamix.com/TDAdmin/.
- On the left hand navigation, select Users & Roles. Then select Users. Search for the user by entering their CCBC ID (900/901 number) or their name and select the magnifying glass. The user will be listed if in the system. Select the name to go to the User Details page.

- Select Authentication from the left hand navigation. Under the Authentication Username, update the username to the new username format that was provided in the email. Select the Save button in the top right corner.
