Organizations within the Dynamic Forms tool are where forms are stored, tested, and accessed. Organizations are typically created around departments or functional units. Organizations are needed before your department can start to build and manage forms.

Procedure
A department or functional unit wanting to create and use forms within Dynamic Forms will need to identify an administrator for the tool. This person or persons will be the point person for the organization within the system and be approvers for new forms, form changes, and access requests. Containers for an organization are created to support testing and management of forms. The names of those organizations are:
1. "CCBC - Organization Name - DEV": Organization Name is what is being requested. DEV is the development container where testing of the forms are created.
2. "CCBC - Organization Name": This is the production container where active forms are stored.
To submit the request for a new organization, please select the Request Organization button and complete the form.

The following items are needed to complete this request:

In addition, anyone working within Dynamic Forms will be provided access to training videos that need to be completed prior to working with forms.
