Access to Prior Employee Account

Introduction

Supervisors may request approval for access to a prior employee's account business purposes.  This includes requesting access to an employee's email, OneDrive, H: Drive, or any other account specific storage and communication systems.  Request for access requires the approval of the Executive Director of HR and the Chief Information Officer (CIO).

Procedure

Supervisors needing access to a prior employee's account for business continuity may submit a request for access by selecting the Request Access button on this page.  Requestors will need to include the system's/folders being requested, the prior employee's name, the reason for access, and any other employees who may need access to the account.  

Once the request is submitted, it will automatically route to the Executive Director of HR and the Chief Information Officer for approval.  If approved, the request will be submitted to the help desk to complete.
