General Support Request

Overview

If you reviewed the Service Catalog or Knowledge Base and still need help, you can submit a general Help Desk ticket by selecting the Submit Help Desk Ticket button.  Please be as detailed as possible, including the campus, building, room where the issue occurred (if applicable), the CCBC computer number, and any actions taken.

There may be a delay in addressing your issue when using this request type, due to the broad scope.  For a faster response time, browse for a more specific request in the Service Catalog.  You can also use the Search option on the site to find the appropriate request or self-help articles.

Tickets are monitored during regular business hours, Monday - Thursday 8 am - 6 pm, Friday 8 am - 5 pm.
