Introduction
Every person attending or working at CCBC is assigned a username. The format of that username is determined by what role the person was during the first interaction with CCBC. Employees who started as a student at CCBC will continue to have a student formatted username. Employees are NOT required to change their username. This service request can be used if an employee who has a student formatted username wishes to have it changed to an employee formatted username.
