Introduction

Use this service for any of the following issues:

  • Questions or issues with your phone
  • Report a telephone outage
  • Problems with voicemail
  • Problems dialing in and out
  • Any other telephone-related problems

Procedure

Select Request Support button and include your location, campus, building, room, your extension, the problem the telephone is experiencing, and any troubleshooting steps you have taken.

Requirements

This service is specific to employees having issues with CCBC-owned telephone devices.
