Overview
With Microsoft Teams Calling, users will be able to access their voicemails from within the Teams App, from a physical Teams phone (Polycomm CCX400), and receive an audio file with transcription through their CCBC email. . This article shares how to manage your voicemail and setup custom ringtones depending on where the call is coming from.

Procedure
- Select the ellipsis (…) next to your profile picture or initial. Select the Settings option.

- Select Calls on the left side navigation and then select Configure Voicemail.

- From the Configure Voicemail page, you can:
- Record a new voicemail greeting
- Adjust Call Answer Rules to customize what happens when a caller gets to your voicemail,
- Adjust the default greeting language
- Create a text-to-speech voicemail greeting. **If you recorded a greeting, it will override the text-to-speech option**
- Set up an Out of Office voicemail greeting.
