What to Expect with New Interface?
Navigation Updates
- Tickets now open in a side-panel view instead of a new window with options to open in a platform or browser tab.

- Work Management Toolbar and Tabs Toolbar are persistent across most pages

- Applications Menu is now part of the Work Management Toolbar.

- Tabs reopen automatically from your last session.

- Current Tabs Menu allows viewing and closing all open tabs.

Finding & Organizing Work
- My Work retains the same functionality; only toolbar item positions have changed.

- Ticket Search:
- Filter button moved to the toolbar and opens in a new window.
- New Jump To menu for quick filter navigation.

- Saving Searches: Save with a name, optionally show in navigator or edit by selecting, modifying filters, and overwriting.
- To save a search in the new interface:
- After you’ve filtered a search the way you like, click + New Saved Search.
- Enter the name you’d like to Save As.
- (Optional) Enable Show In Navigator to see it in the navigation menu.
- Click Save.

- Customizing Navigation Menu:
- Use “Edit Saved Searches” to toggle visibility in the navigator.
Dashboards
- Replaces “Desktops” with more flexible, user-friendly 'Dashboards"
- Dashboards can have multiple rows
- Rows have their own layout options
- The widget selector shows more information
- Dynamic Widgets now support filtering, sorting, grouping, and column customization.
Creating & Editing Dashboards:
- Click + New Dashboard, name it, and customize layout and widgets.
- Dashboards support multiple rows and flexible layouts.



Setting Default Dashboard:
- Set from the Manage Dashboards page on the homepage.

Ticketing Application Dashboard:
- Limited to widgets from the ticketing application.
- Access via View Applications > Ticketing App > Edit Dashboard.
