Creating Outlook Rules

Overview

Creating Outlook rules will allow you to move incoming emails automatically based on the conditions.  For example,you can create rules to move messages with a certain title to a specific folder. Once a rule has is created you can make changes or manage the rules

Procedure

Microsoft maintains up-to-date instructions on how to setup and manage Outlook Rules. You can set up Outlook Rules on both desktop and web version of Outlook.

• Set Up Rules in Outlook
• Once you created your Outlook Rules, you will be able to manage and delete Outlook Rules you have created. You can access instructions on Microsoft's Manage email messages by using rules.
