Email Communication Request

Use this form to request the creation of an email communication to students and/or prospective students.

Please be sure to make note of the following before submitting the form:

  • It typically takes 7-10 business days to set up and send communications out. Please plan this into your requested send date.
  • Please include all information to ensure a seamless set up of your communication request. That includes subject line, send date, sender/reply to email, copy, and recipient list.
  • Communications cannot include PII or student account-specific information.
  • Contact list must include, at minimum, the student’s/prospect’s first name, last name, and email address.
