This article details the process for logging into your college-issued Polycomm phone using your PC.

Requirements

Must have had your phone extension converted to Teams. If your extension has been converted to Teams you will have a dial pad on the Calls screen of Teams.

Procedure

Once the phone boots up, it will provide a screen to refresh a code and provide an option to login using your credentials.  At that screen do the following:

1. Open a current web browser on your PC
    
2. Go to https://microsoft.com/devicelogin
    
3. Click Refresh Code on your phone.
    
4. Enter the code on the screen on your PC.
    
5. Login to Microsoft by following the prompts, signing in using MFA if required.
    
6. Wait for the phone to login and present you with the phones Home screen
