Overview

Audience

Help Desk Technicians responsible for supporting CCBC users and documenting work in TeamDynamix (TDX).

Quick Check

Before moving to the next ticket, confirm:

☐ I understand what the user needs.

☐ I documented what was reported, what I checked or did, and the outcome.

☐ The ticket status reflects where the work currently stands.

☐ The next step, escalation, referral, hold reason, or closure reason is clear.

☐ Another technician could understand what happened from the ticket alone.

Before Closing

☐ The issue is resolved, answered, routed, or otherwise complete.

☐ There is no open question or pending next step that still needs action.

☐ The final note explains why the ticket is ready to close.

☐ The user knows what to do if the issue continues or returns.

☐ The ticket trail is complete and clear.
