Question: How do I request an official transcript?
Answer: Official transcripts can be ordered online through Parchment or by completing a transcript request form and paying $12 at the Bursar’s Office.
Question: How do I get an unofficial transcript?
Students can log in to SIMON or request one at the ESC.
Question: How much does a transcript cost?
Answer: Transcript fees are $12 per copy. There may be an additional tax through Parchment.
Question: How long will it take to receive my transcript?
Answer: Parchment orders process within 24 hours. Mailed copies take 3–5 business days plus USPS delivery time. In-person copies are available after payment.
Question: What if I have issues with a transcript request?
Answer: Students should email CCBCregistrar@ccbcmd.edu.
