Question: Where can I get my CCBC OneCard?
Answer: Students can visit any Enrollment Services Center at Catonsville, Essex, Dundalk, and Owings Mills.
Question: When can I get my CCBC OneCard?
Answer: Students can receive a OneCard once they are registered for a Continuing Education (CE) or credit course and can provide a valid picture ID.
Question: Where can I use my CCBC OneCard?
Answer:
- Campus identification (ESC, Testing Center, campus events, etc.)
- Shuttle bus access
- Gym/pool access
- Library for printing and checking out books
- Bookstore (if financial aid has been authorized)
- Café purchases (money or meal plan must be added through SIMON)
Question: What do I do if I lose my OneCard?
Answer:
- Report to the Bursar’s Office and pay the $10 replacement fee.
- Bursar will deactivate the current card and assign a new card number.
- Students can visit the ESC with a photo ID to receive a replacement.
Question: How much does a OneCard cost?
Answer: The first OneCard is free. Replacement cards cost $10.
Question: What do I do if my OneCard is damaged or doesn’t work?
Answer: If a card is damaged or no longer scans due to fading, a free replacement may be issued. You must bring your damaged card into one of the ESC centers.
Question: How do I get an Alumni OneCard?
Answer: Students must present their approved Alumni Association application and a valid photo ID at the ESC.
