Closings and Alerts
Emergency closing resources:
- When the college closes because of severe weather or emergency conditions, we will announce cancellations of classes on television stations.
- Closings and delays will be recorded on the weather line: 443.840.1711
- Campus Alert is a free messaging service for the CCBC community that keeps you posted when any part of the college is closed for just about any reason.
Staying informed
We wish we could control the weather–and the news! Unfortunately, CCBC cannot control the accuracy or timing of mass media announcements. But our communications team works with these outlets to ensure announcements are on-time and as accurate as possible.
