Brightspace content not loading

Overview

Brightspace is a cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS) that allows CCBC students to view and participate in course material online. Students will sometimes find that they are unable to see materials such as documents or presentations, or are unable to enter or complete quizzes or tests. Please follow the procedures below to troubleshoot these issues.

Procedure

There are a number of different steps you can take to attempt to troubleshoot these issues. Try each step in order and check the page or resource you are trying to view after each step to see if it was successful.

  1. Reload your browser page.
  2. Log out of Brightspace and clear your browser cache and cookies.
  3. Try accessing the Brightspace resource in another browser.
  4. Check with the instructor to ensure that you and others have access to the resource in question.
