2. Choose which display will be shown on which monitor. Our hybrid rooms are set up to use an extended desktop and can share the PC main desktop and or the extended desktop on the large displays in the room. This allows the ability to see the remote participants one screen while your presentation is on the other.

2. Decide if you want the cameras to auto track or if you would like to have a static shot that you can manually control. To select a choice either Press Tracking On or Tracking Off. When selected, the button will highlight Blue.

a. If you Selected Tracking On the system will decide which camera to use and where to point it, based off who is talking. Please note that the microphones are specifically aimed towards the chairs around the table and instructor station, if you move away from these locations audio quality may suffer.

3. If you Select Tracking Off the system will not switch camera views. You will have to manually control the camera.

a. Select your camera using the buttons on the left side of the screen. Hint, the Rear Camera will give you the best shot of the front of the room.

           b. We created 6 common use presets for camera. After you chose a camera, select one of the numbered presets. Until the desired camera angle is in view.

           c. If none of the presets work for you, you can use the joystick and Zoom buttons to  Manually control the camera.

Now that your camera is selected, start up Teams. For instructions on how to start up a meeting, visit: Article - Teams: Creating a Meeting.
