Answer: First your account has been sent to ECSI, if ECSI can not get in touch with you, they send your account back to us CCBC, and we send it to CCU
Question: How do I make a payment arrangement on my past due balance?
Answer: You would need to call ECSI or CCU to set up payment plans depending on where your account is.
Escalation situations:
- Refunds that are escalated because of the way it was processed, for example, the refund went back on a credit card instead of generating a check
- Third party billing questions
- Any questions regarding an account after it has been sent to collections
