Answer: Parent plus refund checks are sent to the parents of the student if a refund is warranted by check or direct deposit.

Answer: No, we cannot keep a credit on your account.
Question: Why did I receive a refund and I still have a balance?
Answer: The refund was from one semester, you owe for another semester. By law we can only take $200 from your refund and apply it to the owing semester.

Answer: You still have a balance on your account, or your account is balance out at zero.

Answer: Yes, please verify your address to make sure it is correct, or sign up for direct deposit, and we can get it reissued.

Answer: Fill out an appeal with the registration office, and provide documents to see if they can drop you at 100% or 50%.

Answer: Specific courses may display a “First Day Book Fee” upon registration. This fee covers electronic course materials for a particular course and provides a cost savings of 30%-60% to the student. Students may “opt-out” beginning when the course becomes available on Brightspace through the 50% add/drop date for the course by logging into Brightspace and following the instructions provided.
