FAQ: Student Billing

     Student Central FAQ: Student Billing

Question: When will I receive a bill?

Answer: For degree and credit certificate seeking students, you will receive an invoice upon registering for classes. If a payment is not received, a mailed invoice will be sent to you. For CE, payment is due at the time of registration.

Question: When is my bill due?

Answer: For degree and credit certificate seeking students, your bill is due by the semester's payment deadline. If you register after the deadline, payment is due at the time of registration. For Continuing Education, payment is due at the time of registration.

Question: Why isn't my financial aid showing on my term bill?

Answer: There is a likelihood that your financial aid processing is halted due to missing documentation. Please check with Financial Aid to ensure any requested documentation is submitted.

Question: Why am I incorrectly being billed out-of-county/out-of-state?

Answer: Your tuition is billed by your residency. At some point, either based on your application or previous registration, we made note of your residency (in-county, out-of-county, or out-of-state). If that is wrong, please contact Student Central at 443-840-2222 for next steps.
