If you are not already signed in to Home | Adobe web portal, proceed from Step 1.
 

1 Go to the Home | Adobe webpage

2. Click the "Sign in" tab in the top right corner of this page. In order to utilize CCBC login credentials, click the view more tab in blue and select the Microsoft option.

3. After clicking the Microsoft option for login, use your CCBC credentials to login.
e.g. abby@ccbcmd.edu or ab123456@email.ccbcmd.edu

4. After logging in, open the Adobe Acrobat Web application. Click the 'Compress a PDF tool listed.

5. Keep in mind that whatever document is going to be compressed, must be larger that 1MB to compress.
