Proof of Enrollment

Requesting Proof That You are Enrolled at CCBC 

If you need to prove that you are enrolled at CCBC, you can request an enrollment verification. To receive an enrollment verification*, visit any Enrollment Services Center during regular business hours. You may also submit the completed verification form via email to ccbcregistrar@ccbcmd.edu 

- Please allow 48 hours to complete your request (please allow additional time for completion during peak registration periods). 

- CCBC does not fax verifications.

• Complete a Request for Verification of Enrollment/Course Form.
• Submit to Enrollment Services Center in-person during office hours or by email: ccbcregistrar@ccbcmd.edu.
• Allow for 48 hours for us to complete your request
