Drop off to any Enrollment Services Center (CCBC Catonsville, CCBC Dundalk, CCBC Essex or CCBC Owings Mills Center) during normal business hours.
NOTE: College, High School, and GED transcripts must be official; if submitted personally, must be in a sealed envelope prepared by issuing institution. Transcripts emailed from students will not be accepted as official documents.
