This article aims to provide a comprehensive guide for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to phone verification recovery via text messages. The focus is on assisting users who are able to log into their systems using other verification options such as Security Questions, Email, and using the Authenticator App but encounter difficulties with the text message verification method.

Procedure
The following are methods that can be used to verify that texts can be received on your device:
1. Setting Primary Phone Number:
- Go to MyCCBC(MyCCBC)
- Login with your credentials.
- Click your name in the upper right corner of the page.
- Click “my account” from drop down menu.
- Re-enter your password
- This will take you to Account Recovery options...
- Click phone recovery.
- Set Primary Phone Number.
- Once you update the primary number, the system will send a verification text message to your cellular device.
2. Emailing number at appropriate SMS and MMS gateways
The following are SMS and MMS gateways for several carriers:

- Email your phone number using the appropriate SMS OR MMS gateway. Below is an example using an AT&T number for normal text message:
