Overview
Occasionally, projectors in CCBC smart classrooms will not turn off or on. This can be caused by a number of different factors. The pixie or Crestron control panels, generally located either on a nearby wall or directly on the instructor station desk, may not be syncing with the projector. It is also possible that the projector is stuck in a warm-up or cool-down cycle and requires additional time before it will respond to commands. Please follow the procedures below to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with projectors not turning off or on.

- With both the pixie and the projector OFF, wait 30 seconds for them to sync back together.
- Press the ON button ONCE and wait for the projector to turn on.
