Application Enhancer Access Request Process

Overview

ApplicationEnhancer is a web-based software application allowing CCBC staff to create, view, manage, and search images of documents created from scans and uploads.

ApplicationEnhancer is available on CCBC's secured network and can only be accessed while on campus or through VDI. 

For access, employees will need to:

  • Complete the request form to gain access. 
  • Banner Navigation/Orientation training. 
  • Request supervisor approval 

The request will need to include: 

  • Application Name
  • Access type being requested
    • View 
    • Scan/Index
    • Both
